Dr. Kate is passionate about the power of chiropractic not just for recovery, but for preventative and maintenance care helping animals stay healthy, mobile, and thriving through all stages of life. Whether working with high-performing athletes, senior pets navigating mobility changes, or growing puppies and foals developing strong foundations, she tailors her care to meet each animal's unique needs. Outside of practice, Dr. Kate enjoys the outdoors, exercising, and shares her home with a curious and quirky bearded dragon.

One year ago, I took a leap of faith and launched Innate Vitalism.

This year has been filled with wagging tails, happy horses, amazing clients, countless miles on the road, and so much gratitude. As I looked through my photos for this post, I realized I don’t have pictures of every patient I’ve had the privilege of helping, but these are just a few of the incredible animals who made this first year so special.

To the wonderful owners who trust me with your animals- THANK YOU. Many of you started as clients and have become friends.. and some even feel like family. Your support, encouragement, and trust mean more than I can put into words.
