⚡️ Facility & Safety Update:
You may have noticed a visit from the fire department yesterday and a temporary power outage after a power pole repair nearby accidentally hit a gas line. Everyone is safe, power is back on, and our operations are running smoothly!
📱 Phone & Wi-Fi Service Update:
While our Wi-Fi is back up, we are currently experiencing a broader local phone service outage in our area, so our phones are temporarily down again. Because of this, we're currently unable to receive calls if you need help getting your pup in or out of your vehicle.
Our main line is 704-215-0467 for reference once service is restored by the provider.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding while the area repairs wrap up. We can't wait to see your pups today! 🐶❤️
