PetVet365 Denver/University At PetVet365, we believe pets should receive the highest standard of care 365 days of the year.

My name is Dr. Leticia German and I own PetVet365 University in Denver, CO along with Dr. Jeff Lowery. We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. That’s why my team is trained and certified to give your pet the very best Fear Free care (think: treats, belly rubs, snuggles). We also specifically designed our hospital to feel like home - no waiting rooms, cat-only suites, comfy couches, and more. We offer the very best veterinary care for dogs and cats - general care, urgent care, laser therapy, immunotherapy, behavioral care, acupuncture, homeopathy, alternative medicine, nutrition, dental care, blood work, vaccinations, x-rays, surgery, and anything else your pet needs!

A calmer pet is easier to examine, and an easier exam gives us a clearer picture of what's going on.

That's the idea behind Fear Free care. We are the first and only 100% Fear Free certified veterinary hospital network. That means every hospital in our system, not only one location, follows the same approach to reducing stress before, during, and after a visit.

When a pet feels safe, the whole exam changes for the better.

A treat here and there is part of the fun of having a pet. Keeping an eye on portions is part of keeping them around for a long time.

Pet Obesity Awareness Day is a good excuse to think about the extras: the pup cups, the table scraps, the "just one more" treat. None of that is off limits. The amount matters, and so does what the rest of the day's meals look like.

A nutritional evaluation gives you a clear picture of where your pet stands and what a healthy weight actually looks like for their size and age.

This is what a calm exam looks like.

No cold metal table, no sterile waiting room. Just a living room, a couch, and two people making sure a dog feels safe before anything else happens.

For Animal Safety and Protection Month, we're reminded that safety starts with how a pet feels the moment they walk in.

When pets feel safe, everything about their care improves.

Some of the most important moments in an exam room don't involve any equipment at all.

A wellness exam gives us the chance to check in, not just on your dog's health, but on how they're feeling day to day. It's part of what makes veterinary care feel less like a one-time visit and more like an ongoing relationship.

Have questions about your dog's wellness exam? Call or text +1 720-994-8930 or click the link in the comments to book an appointment today.
