Gunna Score 💪

We had a great show at the SERHA Spooktacular in Williamston, NC!! Dan and Heza Dirtslinger, “Johnny”, marked a 146 to win levels 1&2 of the futurity, which ended up being the highest score of the open futurity. Johnny is owned by Dan’s mom, Judy Yarbrough. She purchased Johnny from McGee Farms as a weanling and he has been special from the beginning. Dan would like to give big thank you to his friend, Deon Locke for all his help and insight in getting Johnny ready to go show!

Dan also took Gunna Score in the Novice Horse for the first time and marked a huge 74 to win all three levels!! “Blaze” is proudly owned by Quincy Clagg! He is going to be a fun one for sure!

Miss Sadie Yarbrough had fun showing in the lead line riding Gunna Bea Natural! Shooter is the best leadline stallion ever 💗 He also won his first non pro check at this show with Sadie’s mom 😉.

Next stop OKC!!

Catching up on results from our last two shows! At the TNRHA Music City Slide, Dan and Gunna Bea Natural were the East Central Affiliate Champions in the intermediate open, co-champions in the limited open, and third in the open. They won the ancillary limited open and intermediate, open bringing Gunna Bea Natural’s lte to $32,500 +!! Stacy and Xtra Rubiesforwimpy won the Novice Horse Non Pro levels 2 and 3 on Friday and were top five in both levels and the affiliate finals class on Sunday! Stacy also showed in the ranch riding classes winning the open on Gunna Bea Natural. She placed third on him in the non pro and was reserve on Xtra Rubiesforwimpy, bringing home some good prize $$$! Gunna Bea Natural also carried Sadie to a win in the leadline!

Next up was the SERHA Spooktacular. Dan and Milkman Sixty Six were the winners in the Limited, Intermediate and Open classes on Friday. They came back Sunday to win all three levels of the Novice Horse Open as well! Dan swapped out and showed Gunna Bea Natural on Sunday in the open and won all three levels again! Stacy and Xtra Rubiesforwimpy ended their season by winning the intermediate non pro and non pro on Saturday! We had two awesome shows and hope to carry that momentum into 2024!! Thank you Cox Veterinary Lab, Gene Cox, for your continued sponsorship and friendship! Special thanks to Fred Lovelace for all you do for us! And to Gwen White Lovelace and Cande Jo Jacquot, who are always in our corner!
