We are Colorado's only no-kill ferret rescue, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization.

We provide many services for the ferret community including surrenders, adoptions, education and a ferret club to socialize with your ferrets Ferret Dreams Rescue & Adoption is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization located in Denver, Colorado. We rescue sick, abused, abandoned, neglected and surrendered ferrets in Colorado and surrounding states.

Ferret Dreams Rescue & Adoption thanks everyone who made this year's FDRA Benefit Auction a huge success! Thank you to all our Table Sponsors (listed in the photos). We've never before had so many people underwrite our Benefit Auction. So grateful for your generosity!

To everyone who participated in the fundraiser by donating Auction items, bidding on Auction items and playing the fundraising games, thank you! We hope to announce our final monies raised in our September Newsletter.

Congratulations, Sydney and Shawn Johnson, on being selected by Ferret Dreams Rescue and Adoption Board Members to be the Recipients of the FDRA Volunteer of the Year Award. We value your friendship and hope you know how special you are to Ferret Dreams Rescue!

Risking leaving someone important out, we'll attempt to thank a few key people who helped make this year's Benefit Auction a huge success.

Biggest thanks goes to Miguel and Tina Ochoa who coordinated our Benefit Auctions for the past 3 years. They have put in so many Volunteer hours into making the Benefit Auctions enjoyable for everyone. You can imagine the work that goes into managing such events! Tina and Miguel's dedication has been outstanding! Thank you, Matthew and Lee, for assisting Miguel and Tina in putting the auctions together. (How many trips to the storage unit did you make this year, Matthew?)

Thank you to everyone who helped set up the auction item displays and check attendees in and out on Saturday. (Here's where I know I'll neglect mentioning someone who should be thanked.) Thank you, Board Members: Nate, Tristan, Chrissy, Christina and her daughter, Natalie. Thank you, Catherine and Elias Jaramillo. Thank you, Tina and all her family. Thank you to Kari for her beautiful work supervising the Wine Pull and decorating the dining tables. Thank you to our talented musician, Kara O'Kelly. Thank you to our auctioneer, Rylie Behr who did an fantastic job getting everyone to raise those bidding paddles. Special thanks to Sherrie Escue for the beautiful slideshow and for photographing the event.

We've been advertising a Mediterranean Dinner Menu. The Dinner foods will be: Lemon Herb Chicken, Beef Kabobs, Rice Pilaf, Fattoush Salad, Hummus, Vegetables, Pita Bread and Lentil Soup. Dessert will be Lemon Cream Cake.
