Don’t forget! Tomorrow is your chance to see your exotic animal companion’s exclusive retreat! From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, you will have the opportunity to meet our team, enter our drawing, make a bunny or bird toy, all while checking out the different enclosures available to your extraordinary family members.

PS: If you are bringing your previously boarded pet with you, please make sure that they are secured in a travel crate for the health and safety of your pet and our guests. Doors will be opening throughout the event.

Finding care for exotic animals can be hard, and it’s even harder when you have a special needs exotic animal. Luckily, here at Avian Haven & Exotic Friends, we have a lot of experience with medicating exotic animals! Here are just a few of the cuties we’ve administered medication and injections to since our opening.

Newly hired Assistant Manager Angel is spending this “‘Toosday” trying on her uniform in preparation for her first shift this week! You’ll catch Angel on occasion in her “office” behind the front desk with her human, our manager. She loves to greet guests, but so far her employee training has shown that she’s not able to accept payment during check out due to her insatiable shredding instinct. Luckily we know how to keep beaks busy 😉 🤍

At Avian Haven & Exotic Friends we conduct daily weigh ins to make sure that our guests are maintaining their weight while boarding. These weight checks also include a daily log of their appetite, droppings, bath/shower sessions, and socialization time!
