🐾💙 WE’RE HIRING! 💙🐾
Okay, friends. We’re looking for our next Client Service Representative!
We lost one of our really great CSRs when life took her somewhere new, so we have a spot to fill—and we’re hoping to find someone who will be a really good fit for our team.
A little bit about us:
We’re a small-animal veterinary clinic that has been part of the South Denver community since 1997. We’re AAHA accredited, we care a LOT about doing good medicine, and we recently finished a pretty major remodel.
Honestly, one of the things we’re proudest of at Goldsmith is our people!
We have a variety of personalities, interests, quirks and general weirdness under one roof 😂 and somehow, it works REALLY well.
We genuinely like each other. We celebrate each other. We make each other laugh. We have monthly spirit days, celebrate birthdays, do team outings, and there’s always a little nonsense happening around here.
We’re also incredibly lucky to have some of the best clients around. They regularly spoil us with treats, goodies and thoughtful little surprises—and our amazing industry reps aren’t exactly shy about bringing us goodies either. We definitely appreciate being spoiled! 😂
We have daily morning huddles where we read the kudos our staff leave for each other. Sometimes they’re sweet. Sometimes they’re silly. Usually they’re both.
So…who are we looking for?
Someone with 2–4 years of experience working with the public who is professional, comfortable talking to people, answering phones, multitasking and figuring out what needs to happen next.
Because veterinary reception can get a little chaotic. 😅
The phone is ringing. Someone is walking through the door. Someone else is leaving with their scared cat. A doctor needs something. A coworker has a question. You were already doing three things.
If that sounds like your kind of fun rather than your personal nightmare, we might be looking for you. 😉
Veterinary experience is preferred, but it is NOT required. We can teach you veterinary medicine (over time). We need you to bring good customer service skills, communication, initiative and the ability to work well with a team.
🐾 Some Other Details:
💙 Full-time
💙 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch
💙 Consistent weekly schedule
💙 Occasional Saturdays (about once a month with a shorter shift)
