Energy moves. It moves in your body but it also moves around us. In our home, sometimes that energy gets stuck. I haven't done a puppy post in a while. LouE just turned a year in July and not going to lie, there were some trying times! He had some real puppy moments that tried our patience. But he really tries and you can see him thinking through his actions. And yes, we did several communication sessions which helped a lot! Recently he had a day where he ran zoomies off leash, played with dog friends, jumped in the river whenever he wanted, rolled in dirt and chewed on sticks. It was a perfect dog day.

This past weekend I was able to join the small animal day at the Level 3 Healing Touch for Animals class. You get to bring your dog to class and CherE is an old pro at this. Level 3 HTA includes learning two energy techniques and detailed training on how to use essential oils on animals. I took this class probably 5 years ago so it was nice to sit in on it again and remember things I forgot!

I often get called to support humans and their animals for aging pets and pets in ill health. Lately I have had several of these sessions. Pet parents want to know: Is my pet in pain? Are they ready? Do they want or need something? Do they know I love them? Can you tell them I will be ok?

Sometimes you just need a little more information! Charlie Bear was a recently adopted dog and joined a family of 3 other dogs and 2 cats. All the animal family would go up and down the stairs with no problem. Charlie Bear would not. When asked, he didn't know what was at the top of the stairs. And he was a little afraid of heights. After his energy and communication session, he tackled his fear and went right to the top!
