We are aware of concerns regarding recent conduct involving an individual who was employed by Ninja Paws. We want to address this matter directly and clearly.
The information brought to our attention was deeply concerning and does not reflect the values or standards of Ninja Paws. We have a zero-tolerance policy for racism, discrimination, harassment, or behavior that undermines the dignity and respect of others.
We were unaware of this conduct until it was brought to our attention on 8/8. Once we became aware of the situation and reviewed the information provided, we took immediate action. The individual involved is no longer employed by or affiliated with Ninja Paws.
We understand that situations like this can cause hurt, disappointment, and concern, particularly among clients and members of our community who have placed their trust in our business. We sincerely apologize for the impact this situation has had.
Ninja Paws is committed to treating every client, community member, and individual with dignity, fairness, and respect. Discrimination and racism have no place within our business, and the actions or personal views of one individual do not represent who we are or what we stand for.
