🐰❤️ Help Daisy Get the Medical Care She Needs ❤️🐰
I am partnering with a new nonprofit organization, EEARS (Education, Enrichment & Resource Services), a nonprofit dedicated to helping house rabbit owners access resources and support when they need it most.
Today, we are asking for help for a very special rabbit named Daisy out of Brighton, Colorado.
For nearly eight years, Daisy has been a beloved member of her family. She came into their lives during a difficult time of grief and quickly became a source of comfort, healing, and unconditional love. Daisy's owner is a K-1 teahcer and Daisy helped to touch the lives of hundreds of children, bringing joy, gentle companionship, and countless smiles to her students over the years.
Daisy has a history of head tilt from E. cuniculi and underwent treatment and recovered. Years later, she developed an acute paralysis in her hind legs from a suspected EC flare-up and now requires extensive supportive care and diagnostic work up. Through it all, Daisy continues to fight—she is still eating, drinking, and enjoying her favorite fruits and vegetables but she cannot walk or sit upright without falling over. She needs treatment ASAP.
Her family remains completely dedicated to her care and has made the loving decision to keep Daisy at home rather than surrender her. However, the cost of diagnostics, treatment, and ongoing veterinary care has become overwhelming.
As a brand-new nonprofit, EEARS is starting with limited funds, and we are hoping to raise approximately $2,000 to help Daisy receive the care she deserves.
Every donation, no matter the amount, makes a difference in Daisy's life.

Daisy is more than a rabbit—she is family, a teacher's helper, a comfort during grief, and a cherished friend. Thank you for helping us give her every chance possible.
