Use my knowledge/skills/touch to help improve a dog’s health/happiness/general well-being, which in turn can strengthen and deepen their connections to their human companions. Benefits include:

Spring 🌷has sprung which = hiking 🥾 season is among us.
-
There’s a lot of “weekend warriors” out there due to busy work schedules M-F, but infrequent and strenuous exercise can put your dogs joints at risk. ***proper conditioning is important.***
-
Some tips to keep in mind so you and your dog can play safely all weekend:
*start w/ short hikes (NOT a 5-6 miler)
*slowly build your way up to longer hikes
*start w/ mild inclines and work your way up to steeper/rockier climbs
*let your dog tell you how much exercise is too much. Ideally, they should be back to their own selves the next day (happy & active). If your dog appears to be wiped out well into the next day and is reluctant to exercise or play, you may have pushed them a little too much.

***massage is great not only for exercise recovery for your dog, but also injury prevention***
