We hear these a lot—so let’s clear the air about our adoption process!

🚗 “I want to adopt but I live too far away.”
Yes we are based in Louisiana BUT…No worries, we adopt across the entire U.S. Once your application is approved, we’ll work with you on home checks and even transport our dogs to you. West Coast, Midwest, East Coast, or local—we’ve done it all!

🐱 “You don’t adopt to houses with cats or small dogs.”
We absolutely DO, when it’s the right fit! If you fall in love with a dog who wouldn’t be safe or comfortable with cats or small dogs, we won’t place that dog in your home. But don’t worry—we have so many amazing pups who are cat- and small-dog-friendly.

🐕 “I have multiple dogs, you won’t adopt to me.”
We will…….if the dog is happy living with multiple canine friends! Our matchmakers make sure everyone is set up for success.

🏡 “I live in an apartment or don’t have a fence.”
A fenced yard is not a blanket requirement. Sure, a few of our dogs need one, but many thrive in apartments, RVs, or even traveling with truckers. It’s all about the dog’s personality and your lifestyle.
