Why are most of my clients so calm for the dryer?

🤌 They are on a consistent, 4-8 week grooming schedule so they are used to the process and have the same groomer (myself) at every service

🤌They are the only dog in the salon at the time of service; no one else around to stress them out

🤌 Double ear protection is used for the pups: a happy hoodie and cotton balls in the ears

🤌 Extra time is booked for anxious dogs

🤌 The dryer is set lower for anxious dogs and small dogs
