Sweet Pineapple is still available!
šø Who Will Be the Lucky One to Adopt Our Last Spring Sweetheart? šø
All of the dogs from our spring photoshoot have found their forever homesā¦except Pineapple š
Meet Pineapple, our longest resident at the City of Denton Animal Shelter. This sweet girl has been waiting since January 31, 2026, and she is so ready to leave shelter life behind and finally be someoneās beloved dog.
š¾ Spayed female, mixed breed
š 3 years old | 59 pounds
Pineapple is the perfect mix of playful and affectionate:
⢠Fetchāobsessed tennisāball queen
⢠Great leash walker who loves exploring
⢠Knows āSitā and is eager to learn more
⢠Professional cuddler after a fun day
In Pineappleās own words:
āI would love to be the sweet treat waiting for you each day. I love going for walks and playing ball⦠but when the day is done, snuggle time is the best.ā
She dreams of a family who will take her on walks, toss her favorite tennis ball, and welcome her home every single day. She has waited far too long ā letās make this the season her life finally changes.
š Please share to help Pineapple get seen.
Letās make her the final ā and most heartāmelting ā adoption of our spring photoshoot.
