Important CSAR 2026 Information!!!

Check-in: Sunday, October 25 from 1-4pm EST in the Welcome Center
- notify host team to arrange check-in after 4pm
- the camp is not able to accommodate check-in earlier than 1pm on Sunday

Sheets & Linens: For all camp housing EXCEPT cabins, the sheets and linens are provided, along with a few basic toiletries. If you are in a cabin, bring your own towels and bedding (twin bunk beds).

Starting this month, all registrants will start receiving emails from the host team email account with important updates as we prepare for CSAR. Please add this email to your contacts and safe sender list! Email added to comments.

New Instructor Announcement!!!

Please welcome Anan back to CSAR as an instructor for 2026! She will be joining Janet Siefert for the beginner/intermediate trailing class, along with Cameron Abbey as an apprentice instructor. With the support of 3 instructors, this class will have experience and flexibility to ensure a rewarding experience for their students.

When someone learns you have invited a level of insanity into your life such as planning CSAR, it’s not uncommon for them to offer help.

But then there are some people that SHOW UP big time!!!

Thank you Alisa King for all your hard work making phone calls, submitting applications, and driving almost 3 hours away (twice) to go visit potential training locations. We can’t do this without support and love that other NC teams are stepping up.
