🍂Happy Fall, y'all!

The Uwharrie Mountain "Peak Leaf Season" is usually a couple of weeks behind the Western NC Mountains. Of course, unusual weather patterns can alter this, slightly.

In addition to the many "back roads" of the Uwharrie Region, according to the National Scenic Byway Association, the "Uwharrie Scenic Road" is approximatley 73.1 miles between Charlotte and Asheboro.
