Hi friends! ☀️ With summer officially here, I just wanted to go over a couple of quick reminders to help keep everyone safe and comfortable during appointments.

🐾 Nail trims will no longer be performed on outdoor concrete surfaces. As temperatures rise, concrete can get extremely hot throughout the day, and paw pads can burn more easily than many people realize. For your pet’s safety, we’ll need to use a cooler surface or move indoors for services.

🏠 An adult (18 years or older) must be present during all scheduled appointments. I know the kids are enjoying summer break, but for safety, communication, and consent purposes, someone 18 or older must be home during the appointment.

Thank you all for your understanding and for helping me keep your pets safe and comfortable this summer! 🩵🐾

A dog missing for two years is finally back home and now reunited with his owners thanks to a microchip and an unexpected phone call.

Some pets hate nail trims, and honestly, I don’t blame them. That’s why I take my time, watch their body language, and don’t force anything. If they need breaks, we take breaks. If we need to switch things up, we do that. 🥰

The goal isn’t just to get the nails done, it’s to keep your pet calm, comfortable, and trusting the whole time. 🩵
