Another Successful Recovery!
This was an easy one, the hunter realized when tracking he bumped the deer and decided it was better to back out and give us a call rather than keep bumping him! His Smart call lead to an easy recovery!

If only they were all this successful! Our spotlight stopped working but they were still able to successfully find this one with ease after we found it with the drone.

Little glimpse of a track this week. I send the Drone back as I assumed this deer was dead as the dog excitedly barked when we got close and he never moved. But this deer actually got up and ran away a few moments later.

*An early season flashback*

Unfortunately for everyone the coyotes got this one up in Crown Point, IN. We came out just 7hours after the hunter gave up with his own dog and only about 12hours after the shot was taken and this was all that was left. -Good Job Willow

Nights like these are what it’s all about! Brent and his guys were on the right track this deer was not far from where they lost blood in a swampy thicket. The level of excitement he had when we located this deer is what keeps us going!

We were able to help locate this deer in about 30seconds floating down Crooked Creek in Valparaiso IN!

Here is one we successfully located unfortunately for everyone somehow the 7.62x39 wasn’t enough to take down this one even with great shot placement, we found this deer alive 7hours after he was shot! It’s incredible how resilient these animals are!
