Canine Parvovirus (parvo) remains a highly significant threat in Luna County. The virus is actively circulating in the area, and local officials maintain a high-risk alert, as multiple dogs in the county have recently tested positive.
Puppies are particularly vulnerable!

Avoid High-Risk Areas: Do not take unvaccinated puppies or young dogs to dog parks, public trails, or areas where unknown dogs walk until they have completed their full series of vaccinations.Watch for Symptoms: Look out for severe vomiting, bloody diarrhea (with a distinct foul odor), extreme lethargy, loss of appetite, and dehydration.

School is out for the summer and we have something to entertain the kids and they can learn the task of loving and giving as well as responsibility by caring for a cat or kitten. We have so many that can truly use some affection of little hands. Adult cats are $45 and kittens (which we have many) are $23 or 2 for $45. Adoptions include spay/neuter and rabies.
