HERD Foundation was honored to be invited to support NAMIWalks Palm Beach County at John Prince Park, joining our community to raise awareness, inspire hope, and remind everyone that no one has to face mental health challenges alone!

Sammy helped get everyone excited and energized for the walk! 🐴 He was joined by HERD co-founders Rhonda and Nongae and Tiffany, our Outreach Coordinator & Equine Facilitator.

It was a wonderful morning connecting with our community, sharing HERD’s mission, and supporting another incredible organization making a difference in mental health awareness! 💚

At HERD Foundation, we believe in lifting up the incredible nonprofits making a difference in our community!

Last night, we were proud to support CROS Ministries at their karaoke fundraiser at the Elks Lodge as part of the Delray Beach Chamber’s Do Good Delray initiative! 🎶

HERD Foundation co-founders Nongae and Rhonda were joined by Treasurer Margaret, Program Coordinator & Equine Facilitator Stephanie, and Equine Facilitator & Outreach Coordinator Tiffany for a wonderful evening supporting a great cause! 💚 City Commissioner Juli Casale and Mitch from the Elks Lodge were also pictured catching up with the HERD, while Tiffany joined the karaoke fun with “Sweet Caroline!” 🎤🎶

💚 When nonprofits support one another, our whole community grows stronger!

📸 Special thanks to Master Wing Creativity Agency for capturing these wonderful moments!

HERD Foundation was honored to be invited to participate in the VA Community Mental Health Summit during Su***de Awareness Month.

Our Executive Director, Rhonda Fritzshall, spoke about the effects of loneliness on well-being and the important role human-animal interaction can play in fostering connection and supporting mental wellness.

Rhonda is pictured with Sonia from Fire Watch and Dr. Peate from the VA. We are grateful to be part of this important conversation supporting veterans and su***de prevention.

From the farm to the community, today was all about outreach, connection, and the power of working together💙🐴

We were honored to take part in two meaningful events across Palm Beach County: the Annual Su***de Prevention Month Awareness Event and the Palm Beach County Government United Way Employee Kick-Off.

At the United Way Kick-Off, Rhonda had the opportunity to speak on behalf of Herd Foundation and share how our relationship with United Way’s Mission United has positively impacted the Veterans we serve. By bringing nonprofit organizations and their missions together, Mission United helps us collaborate, share resources, and ultimately reach and serve more Veterans throughout our community.

It’s a philosophy we know well at Herd Foundation. Horses figured it out millions of years ago: we survive better together. 🐴💙

That same spirit was present throughout both events today. Whether raising awareness for su***de prevention, supporting our Veteran community, or strengthening partnerships between organizations, the mission is bigger than any one of us.

We are grateful to stand alongside so many people committed to showing up, working together, and making sure those who have served our country know they do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
