✨ NEW CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: BIRDIE ✨

Today was a pretty big deal for this sweet girl. 🥹

Birdie had previously been going to a traditional salon, but after experiencing a seizure while at a boarding facility, she began having seizures when she would arrive for grooming around other dogs.

Today she came to me for her first one-on-one appointment and we kept everything as calm and low-stress as possible. She received my VIP treatment, including a full 20-minute coat treatment, and made it through her entire groom with no seizures. 🙌😭

This is exactly why I love being able to provide individualized grooming. Some dogs simply need a quieter environment, extra time, and an appointment built around them.

So proud of you, Birdie. Welcome to The Doggy Detailer. 🩷🐾

Spotlight on Buddy ✨

Buddy had me WORKING today 😂 His coat needed quite a bit of extra prep before we could even get to the haircut — and last week’s monsoon definitely didn’t do Dad any favors either. 😂🌧️

After lots of brushing, conditioning and combing, we got his coat back into beautiful shape and finished him in his 1” trim. LOOK at this majestic man. 😭🤎

The prep made all the difference today. I’ll post the rest of today’s crew tomorrow because Buddy earned his own moment. 😂✨

A little schedule update! 🐾💙

Starting this week, my business hours will be changing from 8:30–4:00 to 7:30–3:00.

My sweet boy is officially starting kindergarten, and I wanted to adjust my workday so I can be finished around the time he gets out of school. 🥹 It’s one of the biggest reasons I’m so grateful to have built a business that gives me the flexibility to be there for these little moments.

Unfortunately, kindergarten is going to have to wait one more day 😭 Hes been sick and had to miss his very first day, so I’ll be closed today to stay home and take care of him. 💙

Thank you guys for always being so understanding and supportive of both my business and my family. It truly means a lot to me. 🫶
