Important Reminder When Calling Our Office

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend! As we return to our regular schedule, we'd like to share an important reminder about contacting our office.

To help us serve all of our patients as efficiently as possible, we ask that if you call our office and we are unable to answer, please leave a voicemail.

At this time, we have one receptionist managing the front desk each day. While we make every effort to answer every call, there are times when we are assisting other clients and patients and are unable to answer the phone.

Voicemails are delivered directly to our email as soon as they are received, allowing any available staff to review messages and return calls while managing other responsibilities. This process helps us ensure that all calls are addressed the same day.

If you have an urgent matter that cannot wait, please call our office again.

Due to current staffing limitations, we are unable to return calls to confirm receipt of refill requests. Please be assured that every voicemail requesting a refill is added to our refill board for processing. A technician will contact you once your prescription is ready or if there is an issue, such as the medication being out of stock or additional information being needed.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we continue to provide the highest level of care possible. Leaving a voicemail is the most effective way to ensure your message is received and addressed promptly.

Thank you for your continued support and for trusting us with your pets' care. 🐾

Hi Friends, we want everyone to be aware of Raaw Energy dog food recall in case your pet eats this diet. We will provide a link to the official FDA statement in our story.

“According to the FDA, Listeria monocytogenes was detected in all unopened product samples tested by state laboratories. Several samples also tested positive for Salmonella and Campylobacter jejuni. The testing was initiated following a consumer complaint involving a dog illness.

The expanded recall includes all Raaw Energy dog food products manufactured between July 17, 2025, and December 23, 2025, as well as one lot of Beef and Turkey Medley manufactured on March 31, 2026.

The FDA also reported receiving additional consumer complaints involving illnesses in animals that had consumed the recalled products.”

We’ve switched to Credelio Quattro™ (lotilaner, moxidectin, praziquantel, and pyrantel chewable tablets), the only parasite protection of its kind* to kill tapeworms too!
*vs. Simparica Trio® and NexGard® Plus based on label comparisons
Indications:
Credelio Quattro is indicated for the prevention of heartworm disease and the treatment and control of roundworm, hookworm, and tapeworm infections. Credelio Quattro kills adult fleas and is indicated for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations and the treatment and control of tick infestations for 1 month in dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age and older and weighing 3.3 pounds or greater. Credelio Quattro is indicated for the prevention of Lyme disease infections as a direct result of killing black-legged ticks.
Important Safety Information:
Lotilaner, an ingredient in Credelio Quattro, belongs to the isoxazoline class and has been associated with neurologic adverse reactions like tremors, incoordination, and seizures even in dogs without a history of seizures. Use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures or neurologic disorders. Dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infections before Credelio Quattro administration as it is not effective against adult heartworms. The safe use in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs has not been evaluated. The most frequently reported adverse reactions in clinical trials were vomiting and diarrhea. For complete safety information, please see the Credelio Quattro product label or ask your veterinarian.
