🐶 Did someone say… treat? 👀

That adorable head tilt gets us every time! Dogs may tilt their heads when they're listening closely to a sound or trying to figure out what's going on. And sometimes, it seems like they're just waiting for us to say their favorite word! 💙

Does your dog have a classic head tilt?

Sometimes Dr. Smith and Dr. Keith get to sneak in a little puppy and kitten playtime between appointments! 🥰 It’s safe to say these are some pretty great moments at Healthy Pets. 💕🐾

🐾❤️ A SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT TO OUR AMAZING VETERINARY TECHNICIANS! ❤️🐾

During Veterinary Technician Week, we want to give some extra love to four incredible members of our Healthy Pets of Houk Road family.💉🩺🐶🐮🐱🐰🐴🐹🐷🩺💉

✨ Angelica — Our licensed veterinary technician who helps keep our ship sailing! 🚢 From caring for our patients to helping keep everything running smoothly, Angelica, aka Jelly, is such an important part of our team. Her knowledge, skills, dedication, and experience make a difference every single day, and we are so grateful to have her by our side!

✨ Kalie, Sammy & Gabe — Our Amazing Veterinary Technicians in the Making! These ladies are already such skilled, compassionate, and important members of our Healthy Pets of Houk Road family! They bring so much knowledge, dedication, talent, and heart to our team every single day. While they are continuing their education in veterinary technician school, they are already making an incredible difference in the lives of our patients, their families, and our entire team. ❤️

Veterinary technicians are truly the backbone of veterinary medicine. They are there for the happy moments, the scary moments, the long days, the difficult cases, and all the little moments in between. They help our doctors provide the best possible care, comfort our patients when they need it most, and reassure the families who trust us with their beloved pets. It takes a special kind of person to do this job, and these four ladies show us just how special that kind of person can be. ❤️

We appreciate the knowledge, hard work, dedication, compassion, and heart that each of you brings to Healthy Pets of Houk Road. You are valued more than you know, and our clinic wouldn’t be the same without you!

Angelica, Kalie, Sammy, and Gabe — THANK YOU for being such an important part of our Healthy Pets family! We are lucky to have you and proud of the amazing work you do! 🩺🐾

Please help us celebrate these amazing ladies during Veterinary Technician Week! Drop them some love in the comments! ❤️👇

❤️🐾 Welcome Back, Cindy! 🐾❤️

There’s just something special about having one of your own come back home! 🏡❤️

We are so happy to welcome Cindy back to Healthy Pets of Houk Road! Cindy has been part of our work family on and off for many years, and having her back with us feels like welcoming an old friend home. 🥰

Cindy is such an asset to our team. She has a wonderful way with both our clients and their beloved pets, and her knowledge, compassion, and caring nature make her such a pleasure to work alongside. She brings so much to our team, and we are truly grateful to have her back!

One of the best feelings is when people who have been part of your journey find their way back to you. It reminds us that sometimes, no matter where life takes you, home is right where you belong! ❤️🐶🐱

Please help us give Cindy a big, warm welcome back! We’re so happy you’re here, Cindy! We’ve missed you, and we’re thrilled to have you back as part of our Healthy Pets family! 🐾❤️

🐾❤️Celebrating Our Amazing Team! ❤️🐾

During Veterinary Technician and Staff Appreciation Week, we want to take a moment to celebrate and appreciate the incredible people who make Healthy Pets of Houk Road so special! 🐶🐱

In a small veterinary clinic like ours, every single team member makes a difference. From caring for our patients and comforting worried pet parents to supporting one another through the busy, challenging, and sometimes emotional days, our team shows up every day with compassion, dedication, and so much heart. ❤️

As doctors, we know that we could never do what we do without the amazing people standing beside us. You are the hands that help us heal, the hearts that comfort our patients, the voices that reassure our clients, and the teammates who keep us going even on the hardest days.

We are so incredibly fortunate to work alongside people who give so much of themselves to this profession and to the families who trust us with their beloved pets.

To our entire Healthy Pets family: THANK YOU! Thank you for your hard work, your kindness, your dedication, your laughter, and the countless things you do every day that may go unnoticed but never go unappreciated. We see you, we value you, and we are so grateful for you!

We may be the doctors, but we know the truth: It takes an amazing TEAM to provide amazing care, and we have the very best! 🐾

With love and appreciation,
Dr. Keith and Dr. Smith❤️🐾
