Hi there! We are Cassie and Carrie, two sisters and the faces behind Benedict Doxies.
Weāve been breeding dachshunds for the past 11 years, hoping to share the love of this incredible breed. We have enjoyed raising hundreds of babies over the years, joyously sharing them with the most wonderful families!! We have BD puppies all over the United States, a few now in Canada and even one in Mexico. š
This past year has brought a lot of change. First and foremost, we are both happily living in Ohio! More importantly, we have become more connected with a group of incredible breeders who have become great mentors to us. We have entered the show world and now more than ever, we have felt the need and desire to fine tune our craft. Weāve added more gorgeous dogs to our program and have been taking all the suggestions and leadership from from our mentors to heart. We canāt wait to show you whatās coming next!
As for our annual family photosā¦ itās safe to say we had slim pickins! As you can see, our lively bunch of kiddos leaves us pretty much speechless. Managing our business with our fine set of āhelpersā has been a challenge. š But weāve also found one of our little ones completely enthralled with the breed- more on that coming soon!
We canāt wait to share lots of really exciting updates and stories with you. So buckle up, this ride is always interesting!
