Thank you to everyone who continues to support Muddy Paws! I truly appreciate each and every one of you and the trust you place in me to care for your pups.

To help keep my schedule running smoothly and to be fair to all clients, I will be implementing a new cancellation and late policy effective immediately.

Appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may also be charged a late or cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances.

This policy helps protect the time that has been reserved specifically for your dog(s) and allows me to better serve all of my clients.
