While the Rabies vaccine is SO important, prevention goes beyond the rabies vaccine!

Being in Florida especially, things like intestinal parasites, fleas and heartworms (mosquitos are everywhere!) are pretty common so keeping your pet on a regular heartworm and flea prevention is so important for their health. Vaccinating against upper respiratory diseases, distemper, parvo, and leptospirosis are imperative to prevent the spread of common diseases, including the rabies vaccine.

Sometimes the most affordable care is prevention versus treatment. 🐾
