We interrupt your regularly scheduled "Caption This!" for a word about Cat World Dominion Day.

We cats have already dominated mankind. You feed us, you keep us hydrated, you care for us when we're sick, you even scoop our litter boxes! When we knock things over you don't move the cat, you move the item. We are inevitable.

Take the FFRC Kitty. We live in luxury, lounging on cozy clean beds, eating nice food, playing to our hearts desire, even throwing litter around without a single care! All while the Humans do all the work! We look cute and even more Humans send us stuff! And they enjoy every minute of it.

See, that's the beauty of it! And it's how we know that Cat Dominion is, in fact, a real thing.
You Humans wouldn't have it any other way.
Humans know that cats rule the household and they *love* it. And why not? We are very lovable creatures.

So, in short, this is not an announcement of Cat World Dominion, nor is it a declaration of victory as if it were a new thing. This is a celebration of a rock solid fact! And we know you Humans will join us in it!

Now, what are you doing sitting on your phone or computer? Go see if your cat needs treats, cuddles, or compliments!! Or if you don't have cats, go over to the live stream, you can be guaranteed someone is doing something cute and must absolutely be observed and appreciated!

Puddin a absolute gem!

She's a little shy but if you're patient with her she'll love to give you loves! She’s so curious and smart, likes playing and occasionally will carry toys in her mouth back to her hiding place. Puddin has been at our Rescue since she was a kitten so when she finally gets a home of her own that she feels comfortable and safe in we know that her personality will truly flourish! If you think she's the right fit for your family, please consider adopting Puddin!

Meet the Barnies!

In addition to having the FFRC, there is also a farmyard for people to enjoy! We currently have many goats, peacocks, geese, and ducks. And... yes, even more CATS! These cats are well cared for and have good shelter/heated areas for winter time.

These kitties aren't really suited for indoor life, and not all of them are big fans of people, so although we'd love to have them inside, they're much happier outside. They never wander from the property and why would they? FFRC is as much a luxury feline resort outdoors as it is indoors!

A few Barnie facts:

Merlin is the last of a group called the "Firecats".

Dude and Stripe are brothers and the oldest cats at FFRC! Their birthdate is 8/9/08. Yep, 2008! If that doesn't speak to excellent care, we don't know what does!

Shadow is named due his tendency to follow our Cindy all around the farmyard, her shadow!

There is no Barnacle Farnsworth I or II. Just III. Yes, that's really his name. He's our newest guy having arrived just a few months ago!

And that ends our "Kitties You Don't See" series, you've now met everybody! We hope you've enjoyed it.

Wonderful Humane Ohio Day!!! We sent up 28 females and 22 males! 50 cats that will not be having babies!!!

This includes FFRC's Tayla, Chewie, Smidgeon, Fozzie, Willow and Lemon!!!
