I’m Eden Zook, Animal Intuitive and Medium, and I’m here to tell you that animal communication isn’t some magical gift that only a select few people are born with. We are ALL born with this innate intuitive ability. Sometimes, we just need a little help remembering how to access it, awaken it, and trust what we’re receiving!

Your Animal Doesn't Need You to Be Perfect 🐾❤️

Can I tell you something that I think every animal parent needs to hear?

Your animal doesn't need you to be perfect. They just need you to be present.

They don't need you to have it all figured out. They don't need you to never lose your patience, never have a bad day, or always know exactly what they need.

They need your love. Your kindness. Your willingness to try again when things get hard.

Maybe you've had a day when you were overwhelmed, distracted, or didn't have as much time for your animal as you wanted. Maybe you've made a decision you wish you could take back.

Please give yourself some grace.

Our animals aren't asking us to be perfect humans. They're asking us to build a relationship with them, to listen, to learn, and to keep showing up.

And here's something beautiful to think about: sometimes, the moments when we feel we've failed our animals are the very moments that teach us how to love them better.

So today, take a breath. Sit with your animal. Put your phone down, look into their eyes, give them a gentle touch, and just be with them.

You don't have to do anything extraordinary. You don't have to prove your love.

Because the greatest gift you can give your animal isn't perfection.

It's your presence, your connection, and the love you share.

And I promise you, that's a beautiful place to start. 💜

Was That a Sign From Your Pet Who Passed? 🌈🐾

Have you ever been going about your day when suddenly, you smell your pet's scent, hear a familiar sound, dream about them, or notice something that makes you stop in your tracks and think, "Was that you?"

If you've experienced this since losing your beloved animal, I want you to know that you're not alone.

When we lose an animal we love, we don't stop loving them. That bond doesn't simply disappear because their physical body is no longer here.

And in my work as an Animal Intuitive and Medium, I believe that our connections with the animals we love can continue beyond their physical lives.

Sometimes, people experience what feels like a meaningful hello through a dream, a familiar sensation, a song that comes on at just the right moment, or an unexpected reminder of their beloved companion.

Now, I'm not going to tell you that every coincidence is a sign. But I am going to encourage you not to dismiss your experiences simply because you can't explain them.

Instead, pause for a moment. Notice what you felt. What did that experience bring up in your heart? Did it bring you comfort, a sense of closeness, or a beautiful reminder of the love you shared?

You don't have to prove anything to anyone else to honor what that moment meant to you.

And if you've ever experienced something that made you wonder whether your pet was reaching out to you, I'd love to hear about it in the comments.

Tell me your story. Because sometimes, sharing these moments reminds us that even in our deepest grief, love is still very much alive. 💜🌈

What would they say?

🐾"Stop worrying so much.”

I know you love me.

🪽"I know you miss me.”

You don't have to hide your tears.

🌈“Remember the good days.”

That's what I remember too.

💜“You gave me a beautiful life.”

Please don't only remember the day I left.

✨️“I'm part of you now.”

Look for me in the places that make your heart smile.

And maybe…

just maybe…

the next time you suddenly think of them,

instead of saying,

“I wish I could stop thinking about you,”

try saying:

“Hi, sweetheart. I was thinking about you too.” 🌈💜

If your beloved pet has received a terminal diagnosis and you can feel that they’re beginning their downward trajectory, there is something I want you to know.

Now is the time to have one more conversation with them.

And I don’t mean a conversation where you need to know exactly what to say or somehow find the perfect words.

I simply mean… take a moment to connect.

You can sit beside your pet and talk to them. But they don’t even have to be physically present for this.

You can sit outside in nature. You can sit in your car. You can be anywhere that feels peaceful and private to you.

And speak to them out loud.

Tell them how much you love them.

Tell them how grateful you are for the life you’ve shared, for everything they’ve taught you, and for all of the beautiful memories you’ve created together.

And if it feels right, you can also tell them that you will be open to the signs and symbols they may send you after they leave their physical body.

Because this connection between you and your animal is so much deeper than the physical.

They hear you on the soul level.

And having this final conversation can be incredibly meaningful—not only for your pet, but for you.

It can bring a sense of peace.

It can bring validation.

And sometimes, it can help you feel more connected to the decision you’re facing.

Because when we’re making that heartbreaking decision about when it’s time to let our animal go, it can feel like we're making the decision alone.

But I want you to remember this:

You are making this decision with your beloved pet, not simply for them.

Talk to them.

Listen with your heart.

Tell them what you need to say.

And give them the opportunity to share with you, in whatever way that communication comes, what they need you to know.

This is still a journey you are taking together.

And love doesn’t end when the physical journey does.
