We wanted to take a moment to clarify something about our boarding services and some of the photos/videos you may have seen on our page 🐾
When your dog boards with us, their stay always includes:
• Unlimited potty breaks
• A spacious, comfortable suite
• Unlimited one-on-one time with our staff (no interaction with other dogs unless selected)
We also offer optional add-ons like enrichment time, treadmill sessions, and group play with other dogs.
Over the years, you may have noticed that some dogs who did not have group play as an add-on were still included in daycare-style groups and featured in our posts. When this happens, it’s something we’ve been happy to offer when time, staffing, and the right group dynamics allow. These moments have helped with staff training, socialization opportunities, and introducing newer dogs to some of our long-time regulars.
However, we want to be clear that group play is an add-on service and cannot always be provided unless it is scheduled ahead of time. During our busier periods, our team works hard to safely organize and supervise groups, and knowing in advance who has signed up for these services allows us to plan appropriately and maintain the highest level of care for every dog.
If you would like your dog to participate in group play, enrichment sessions, or treadmill time during their stay, please be sure to select those add-ons when booking. Any of the above add ons are $20/day and can be selected for specific days throughout your pup’s stay, or everyday if desired.
