Roy is a teeny older gentleman who is looking for someone to give him all the attention, love, and care he deserves. This little guy was a local surrender and came to us severely matted. Since being in our care, he's received a much-needed groom, dental care, and lots of TLC.

Roy would prefer a family that is around more frequently and one that is comfortable administering daily eye drops for his dry eyes, which he doesn't love getting so being familiar with medicating an animal is a plus! This adorable little munchkin is ready to bring lots of love to his future family.

Roy is about 8 years old and currently 4 lbs.

Update: Little Debbie has found a new home. Thank you for sharing, commenting, calling, and submitting applications. It has been a lot to keep up with. So many people cared and we had quite a few applications. We're so happy for her and her new owner! We will be giving updates to her previous owner.

Little Debbie is almost 9 years old and has spent her life in the home of someone we know and love very much. Her owner was a longtime shelter volunteer who has given a tremendous amount of her time and heart to the animals in our care over the years.

Recently, she had to make the incredibly difficult decision to surrender Little Debbie because she is moving into an assisted living facility. It wasn’t a decision made because she stopped loving her or because Little Debbie did anything wrong. Quite the opposite. She adores this cat and wants nothing more than for her to be safe, happy, and loved for the rest of her life.

Little Debbie is a very sweet girl who has known the comfort of a quiet home and the feeling of being completely adored. After nearly nine years with the person she knows and loves, finding herself in a shelter is a huge change.

Do you have a quiet home, a soft place to sleep, a little patience while she adjusts, and a lot of love to share? She has been loved her entire life. She deserves for that to continue.

Baypath is looking for volunteers to fill our most-needed roles:

🧺 Shelter Support

Current two-hour weekly openings:
-Thursday: 1–3 PM or 5–7 PM
-Friday: 9–11 AM
-Saturday: 9–11 AM or 3–5 PM

Volunteers must be 18+ and able to commit to a regular weekly shift.

🚗 Medical Transport

Help bring animals to veterinary appointments approximately 45–60 minutes away.

- Transport times include morning departures, evening returns, and occasional midday transports.

-Join our on-call list with no minimum commitment!

Blanche is absolutely everything we love about senior dogs. She's a tiny little Chihuahua, around 12 years old, and she's got some lumps and bumps and orthopedic issues but she also has the sweetest, gentlest, most loving personality. Blanche just wants to be close to her favorite person and give and receive affection. She is so well mannered and such a nice dog! She's looking for a warm lap to snuggle on and someone to be kind to her, and she's available for adoption on our website.
