🐾 A Friendly Reminder About Arriving Early for Grooming Appointments 🐾

We completely understand that everyone is excited to pick up their pup, and our goal is ALWAYS to get every dog finished and back home as safely and efficiently as possible. 💜 However, we kindly ask that you please do not arrive before we call to let you know your dog is ready.

Grooming appointments don’t always go exactly according to schedule. A dog may have unexpected matting, difficult or anxious behavior, need extra breaks, have an accident in the kennel or on the grooming table, require an additional bath, or simply take longer than expected. Even one unexpected situation can put our entire day behind.

When an owner arrives early, many dogs immediately recognize their car, voice, or presence and become extremely excited or anxious. Once that happens, it can become very difficult and sometimes unsafe for the groomer to finish the haircut, especially when working around the face, eyes, feet, or with sharp grooming tools.

Going forward, if you arrive before we have called and your dog becomes too excited or difficult to safely finish, we will stop the groom, the full grooming price will still be due, and your dog will be sent home as is.

Please remember that we aren’t keeping your dog longer than necessary. ❤️ We want them home with you too! Grooming is unpredictable, and our priority will always be completing each dog safely, properly, and without rushing.

Please wait for our “Your pup is ready!” call before heading our way. 🐶✂️

Just a reminder: we are closed today as we send four of our babies off for their first day of school! 🥹📚✏️

It’s a BIG year for our family two are starting high school, one is starting middle school, and the very first boy is off to 3rd grade! 💙

We opened yesterday to make up for being closed today and will resume our regular schedule tomorrow. Thank you for understanding and for letting us enjoy this special day with our kids! 🫶🏻
