I want to let everyone know that I have started grooming again this week and I am starting slowly to see how I feel. So far so good and I should be back to full speed here very soon. I have started calling everyone back that has left messages but will take a little bit of time to get to everyone because of there being so many. If you left a message feel free to start calling again and I will get you in the books at the earliest possible date. Otherwise I will get to your message soon if I have not already. I want to thank everyone for being patient with me. I understand if you had to use another groomer during that time, but I hope you will come back again. I love and miss all my customers and hope to see everyone very soon. Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and prayers and I am blessed that it was not any more serious than it was.

First off I want to thank everyone for your prayers and patience with everything that's going on. I want to give everyone an update on Christy's recovery. She is home from the hospital now and doing great. We are very fortunate that this was not any worse. She is still recovering and has bad headaches off and on. Her next doctors appointment is on December 10th and we are hoping that she will be released to go back to work or given a better time frame for when she can return. We thank everyone for your thoughts and prayers. Please continue to be patient with us. Thank you again.

I am writing to let everyone know that Bath 'n Doggie Works will be closed temporarily. On Wednesday October 29th Christy (groomer) collapsed while working. Short time later a customer found her on the floor and called 911. After some tests they discovered that she had an aneurysm. They did a procedure to fix that spot and is in the hospital for a short time to be monitored because she is a risk for a stroke. We hope she will be out in a couple of days but because of the pressure from the bleed she has really bad headaches. We can't determine when she will return to work but ask that everyone keep her in your prayers. She wants to let you know that she would much rather be working than going through this and she loves all her customers and looks forward to getting back to work. If you would like for Christy to call you for appointments when feeling better than feel free to call and leave a message and she will get back to you as soon as she can. Sorry for any inconvenience this will cause you but please be patient and hope we will see you after she returns to work. Thanks
