🐾 Looking for a Home! 🐾

This sweet girl is looking for a family to call her own! ❤️ She is a young female, approximately 1 year old, and she is about as happy and energetic as they come.

She LOVES attention, loves to play, and has plenty of energy to keep her new family entertained. She would do best in a home with someone who has the time to play with her, keep her active, and give her plenty of love and attention. If you’re looking for a couch potato, she probably isn’t your girl. 😂 But if you want a fun, goofy companion who is always ready for the next adventure, she may be perfect!

She has already been spayed and will be vaccinated before going to her new home.

🐾🩺 Y’all help us welcome Dr. Mae Lamb! 🩺🐾

We are so excited to introduce the newest addition to our De Queen Animal Hospital family, Dr. Mae Lamb! ❤️

Dr. Lamb is a Southwest Arkansas girl, born and raised in Nashville, Arkansas. She graduated from Southern Arkansas University in 2021 with her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Veterinary Medicine/Animal Science. From there, she headed to Lincoln Memorial University, where she earned her Master of Science in Veterinary Biomedical Sciences in 2022 and officially became Dr. Lamb when she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in May 2026! 🎓🐾

Dr. Lamb enjoys a little bit of everything when it comes to veterinary medicine, but she has a special interest in large animal medicine and small animal surgery. Whether she's working with a cow in the pasture or a pup in the surgery room, she's excited to put all those years of school to work caring for the animals in our community. 🐮🐴🐶🐱

When she trades in her stethoscope for some time off, you'll probably find her outside! Dr. Lamb loves hunting, fishing, and hiking, along with reading a good book, working on a challenging puzzle, and spending time with her family and friends.

She is the daughter of Jim Bob and Beth Lamb and the big sister to Abbie and Sarah, so her roots are planted right here in Southwest Arkansas.

And we haven't wasted any time putting her to work! 😉 You may have already spotted Dr. Lamb around the clinic, but we've also got her out on the road joining Dr. Martin on farm calls and getting to know our large animal clients and patients, too! 🐄🐴🩺

We couldn't be happier to have another hometown doctor joining our team. We know many of you will be seeing a new face around the clinic and out in the community, so when you do, be sure to say hello and help us make her feel right at home!
