We are excited to announce the dates of our second annual holiday photo sessions!❄️🌲🧣

Our private, low stress holiday are designed with the dog’s (and human’s!) comfort in mind. No waiting in line with new humans or dogs, no rush to get posed, no unnecessary handling.

All appointments are just you, your dog, and our trainers in our training room. We can spend the 20 minute appointment time however your dog needs. If they need to warm up to new people, our trainers can coach you how to get your dog posed. If they are unsure about the photo set up, we’ll go at their pace to build trust. If they need time to get their excited zoomies out, we can give them the space to do just that!

We can accommodate any number of dogs - we had four families of 4+ dogs last year! Each session will receive 2-3 digital photos for $35. If you’d like additional photos, we can set up additional poses for $10.

Appointments are available from 10am to 5pm Sunday November 8th and Saturday November 14th. This opportunity is open to anyone - existing or new clients! Send us a message and we can help you get your dog’s session booked!

UPDATE: The spot has been filled! 🙂

We have an incredibly unique opportunity for one more dog team to participate in our trailing seminar NEXT weekend! International trailing instructor Chris Boyd will be instructing teams as they build the skills used by search & rescue, police, and more. Handlers will learn about trailing, setting tracks for their dog and reading their dog’s body language and the dogs will get to practice their new skills throughout the weekend! Chris has traveled across the country and abroad to share her skills and knowledge, and we are looking forward to hosting her right here in De Pere!

We have ONE spot open to a dog/handler team. No prior experience is required. The seminar will meet in De Pere and surrounding areas from 9am to about 5pm Friday October 23rd through Sunday October 25th. Registration is $350.

Linus also got to join for a few sessions of our Puppy Immersion Program, and while he didn’t participate in the training portion, he did get to take advantage of all of the socialization that happens each week!☺️

Not only did he explore new obstacles, practice meeting new dogs, and wear different things, he also got exposure to getting handed off to unfamiliar people and having a positive experience. We loved getting to know this sweet guy and are grateful to have gotten to help introduce some new experiences to him! We are excited to see his learning progress in Puppy Preschool too!🌟

Without a doubt, Fern held the title of most personality throughout this session of our Puppy Immersion Program.🏅 While we didn’t get to take her graduation picture, there’s too much to share about Fern to not post because of it.

From day one, Fern was the smallest puppy but that never slowed down her dedication to be first in line to explore, play or train. We never surprised to see her leading the zoom around the room or venturing around the new obstacles.💨

Fern’s absolute favorite skill to work on is her place behavior - it didn’t take her long to figure out hanging out on different things will get cookies!😋 She’s the star student at waiting her turn for the treats to be handed out to her friends too!🌟

Jettie started PIP as our shyest puppy. In fact, half of her first day with us was spent watching the group from behind an ex-pen. Flash forward to the last day of the program, and you wouldn’t have recognized her as that same reserved puppy.💙

We couldn’t be more impressed with the amount of confidence Jettie has developed throughout our time together!🥰 Our last session together included her playing with all of her friends, climbing over every object, and eagerly greeting a new person.

In terms of training, Jettie consistently showed the MOST enthusiasm in the form of wiggles and speed! There’s not much this girl can’t do now!⭐️

Willow is next up in our round of congratulations as we concluded PIP on Monday!🎓🌟

As the largest puppy in the program, we were mindful of her introductions and play style with the smaller puppies, but Willow quickly told us that there was little to worry about.💙 She is happy regardless the game and was the first to respond to her recall.

With Willow’s enthusiasm to train, we did work through her feeling of having to wait her turn and began building some skills to help her settle. She is a quick learner, so we have confidence she’ll continue to make progress even after her completion of PIP!🐶

On Monday, we wrapped up our Puppy Immersion Program for three puppies! First up, we’re highlighting Mr. Lucky - the only male of our group!🍀

Lucky came in on day one ready to rough and tumble with anyone and everyone. He’s always the first to venture on an obstacle and never hesitates in new situations. 🤓

Over the program, our primary focus was building Lucky’s ability to think and work around distractions and his progress from day 1 to today is so reinforcing! While he’s first choice is still to run around and play, he’s learned that it pays to take a breather and learn new skills too.🎓
