Unique case this week! This sweet Toggenburg doe developed severe mastitis, and to keep her healthy and comfortable, we performed a full mastectomy. We’re happy to report she’s already up, eating, and on the road to recovery so she can stay with her herd mates 🐐

The ladies are so excited to welcome you to the farm on June 21st! The Treinen Farm will be here providing tours through the barn with their horse-drawn wagons.

Did you know it takes a little under 2 years for our animals to start making milk? They are born weighing around 50 lbs. When they have their first calf they weigh around 800 lbs and start producing milk!
