✨ Meet Marinette ✨
Sweet as a whisper, quick as a heartbeat and just a little bit mysterious… Marinette is a 2-year-old girl who’s been with us since early April, patiently waiting for her next big adventure.
Yesterday, Marinette stretched her legs and went for a walk with one of our volunteers, and she absolutely loved it! These photos capture her joy out and about, soaking up fresh air, attention, and the chance to simply be a happy, curious pup exploring the world.
Marinette is a playful, energetic and friendly young lady who shows affection in the most endearing ways: full-body wiggles, enthusiastic tail wags and the occasional happy little jump when she’s excited to see you. 🤗 She’s still learning about the world around her, including what she likes best and what fun tricks she might pick up along the way—but she’s very ready to learn with someone patient and loving by her side.
She hasn’t had the opportunity yet to meet other dogs or kids, so slow introductions and thoughtful meet & greets will be important as she continues her journey.
