Fall's here, which means the holidays are closer than they look on the calendar. If you're already thinking about travel over Thanksgiving or Christmas, now's the time to grab your dog's spot, not December.

Boarding is $40 a day, flat rate no matter the size of your dog. That covers food, bedding, and meds if needed, plus 11 hours of outdoor access every single day, rain or shine.

No deposit, no holiday upcharge, no surprise fees at pickup. Just book it and go enjoy your trip.

Here's exactly what your cat gets when you board with us. A private condo, about 17 cubic feet, with 3 shelves to climb and explore. Not a shared room, not a stacked cage in a hallway. Just your cat, their own space, climate-controlled and kept away from the dogs.

Cat boarding runs $23 a night, and that covers the lot: litter, bedding, food, even meds if they need them. All you show up with is your cat, their carrier, and a current shot record.

No deposit. No hidden fees. No fine print to squint at.

Book your cat's stay at 937-885-3427.

Cooler weather means our dogs are even happier about their 11 hours of outdoor access a day.

No mixing dogs that don't know each other, no cutting outside time short because of scheduling. Just their own space, in and out as they please, all day long.

It's a small thing that makes a big difference by the end of a boarding stay. Comfortable dog, easy pickup, no drama.

Boarding is $40 a day, no deposit, no hidden fees. Call 937-885-3427 to book your dog's next stay.

Call 937-885-3427 to get your dog on the schedule.

Fall is a great time to start training. Less heat, more focus, and your dog is still young enough that new habits stick fast.

Manners 101 covers the basics: sit, stay, loose leash walking, and impulse control, all in a group setting so your dog learns to listen even with distractions around. Community Class picks up from there once the basics are solid.

Classes are $195 for 5 weeks, taught by trainers who've been doing this for years.

Call 937-885-3427 to save a spot in the next session.

Here's exactly what your cat's getting when you board with us.

Every cat gets their own private condo, about 17 cubic feet with 3 shelves to climb and explore. Not a shared room, not a stacked cage in a hallway. Just your cat, their own space, climate controlled and kept separate from the dogs.

Cat boarding is $23 a night, and that covers everything: litter, bedding, food, even medication if they need it. All you bring is your cat and a current shot record.

No deposit. No hidden fees. No guessing what's included.

Labor Day weekend just wrapped, and if your dog spent it home alone while you road-tripped, we see you. Next long weekend, bring them here instead.

Full days outside, their own space, no mixing with dogs they don't know, and real people checking on them the whole time. It's basically a vacation for your dog too.

Boarding is $40 a day, no deposit, no hidden holiday upcharges, even around the busy weekends.

Call 937-885-3427 to lock in your next getaway.

First time boarding your dog anywhere is always a little nerve-wracking. We get it.

One of our recent guests was a first-timer at Big Times Kennel, and here's what his family had to say:

"I was very happy with the service provided. Our dog was so happy when we picked him up, and in good spirits all day. They kept in contact with us through text messages." - Lori E.

That's kind of the whole point. You shouldn't have to wonder how your dog's day is going. We keep you in the loop so you can actually enjoy your trip.

First time boarding with us? Call 937-885-3427, and we'll walk you through it.
