This sweet little girl is one of the smallest of our Motorcycle litter, but she certainly doesn’t get lost in the crowd. Vespa is affectionate, playful and absolutely adorable — with that fluffy little teddy-bear face that’s pretty hard to resist. 🥰

We expect Vespa to stay on the smaller side compared with her littermates, likely maturing as a Medium Goldendoodle. As always, adult size is an estimate and can’t be guaranteed.

Vespa has been raised right here in our home, surrounded by everyday family life, lots of handling, love and purposeful socialization. She’s had her vet check, vaccinations and microchip and is ready to go home now. 🏡❤️

And somehow, this little girl is still waiting for her family.

“Pup, pup, pup!” 🐶💛

It may sound simple, but we’re already teaching our 6-week-old puppies one of the most important skills they’ll ever learn—coming when called.

Before they know their new names, they learn that “Pup, pup, pup!” means something exciting is waiting with us. This early recall training helps build the habit of checking in and coming back, which can one day make all the difference if they ever wander too far.

Every positive experience now helps lay the foundation for a confident, responsive companion for life. 🐾

🐶🎆 Learning through play!

At 5 weeks old, our puppies are soaking up every new experience. Today they enjoyed supervised playtime with Moose, our gentle Mini Goldendoodle stud, while listening to fireworks sounds in the background.

Positive interactions with a calm, well-mannered adult dog help puppies learn important social skills like reading body language, building confidence, and practicing appropriate play. At the same time, introducing everyday sounds—like fireworks, thunderstorms, and household noises—at a safe, comfortable volume helps create positive associations during this important stage of development.

Early socialization isn’t about overwhelming puppies—it’s about giving them thoughtful, positive experiences that help prepare them to become confident, well-rounded companions.

All joking aside, here’s a friendly reminder:

When the outside temperature hits 90°F, the inside of a parked car can quickly become a deadly environment. Within just 10 minutes, the temperature can rise to 100°F, and within 30 minutes, it can reach about 120°F (49°C). After an hour, it may soar to 140°F, putting dogs at severe risk of heatstroke, which occurs at body temperatures over 104°F.

Even on milder days, leaving a dog in a car, even for a few minutes, can be life-threatening. Always leave pets at home when temperatures are high, and help spread the word to ensure our furry friends stay safe. 🐶🐾

🐾 Exciting news from Perks Court Doodles! Our adorable Goldendoodle puppies are now 2 weeks old and making wonderful strides. Their eyes are beginning to open, and their little ears are perked up! 🌟 They’re also starting to toddle around and explore their surroundings.
