📩 Message for availability & details. I am a horse trainer located in Murrayville, GA. I am operating in the Northeast Georgia area. I have been riding and training off and on for 20+ years and my focus is quality horsemanship. I have studied philosophies and techniques of the Dorrance's, Ray Hunt, Buck Brannaman, Monty Roberts, Clinton Anderson, Carson James and others. I believe in creating relationships between horse and rider that are honest and mutually beneficial. I have been riding and training off and on since I was 17 years old. I’ve trained primarily in the western realm of disciplines throughout my time but have spent a little time posting and riding two-point in my day as well. I believe that the foundation and basics are relatively the same for any discipline. Success for me is creating the most well-rounded horse and rider pair of my capabilities. Whether you are looking to build confidence in your horse, yourself, or both, I can help you. Riding and training are life, but I am most passionate about helping riders to have more confidence in themselves, their horse, and the bond between the two. I may be able to ride your horse, but if you can’t, then my job is incomplete. I want an owner to be involved in the process as much as they can be. I also like to have lessons with the owner so that I can help teach them how to attain the results that they want and be able to carry that on after our training relationship has ended. Watching people grow with their horses and attain goals or serenity through the calm of horses is what drives me. I would love the opportunity to work with you and your horse! I focus on safety, communication, and jointly learning with you and your horse as a team.
