The Parlor is closed for the remainder of the week. I'm taking a much needed vacation to the North Shore.

Also, I know we're still in summer, but I simply can't wait any longer. It's been fall in my heart for over a week. Haha!

Yesterday, my family said good bye to our best friend of 15 years.

Iggins enjoyed a good walk, zoomies around the yard, car rides, trips to the cabin, visiting friends and a good nap. Which were more frequent once both of my parents retired.

He fiercely protected us from bunnies, squirrels, chipmunks, snakes, and even the occasional salamander.

Hug all of my friends extra tight for me. Give them an obscene amount of smooches. Give them an extra treat and tell them it's from me and that I love them.

As Gage has gotten older, it's harder for him to put his front legs on the ledge to watch outside. So, he gets a chair now so he can still watch out the window with his brother, Rex. 🥰❤️
