🐾 A few reminders on this lovely Friday!!! 🐾
We are incredibly grateful for the trust you place in us to care for your pets. Every single day, our team works hard to provide compassionate, honest, and quality veterinary care to every patient who walks through our doors. As our practice continues to grow, we’d like to share a few friendly reminders that help us continue serving our community as efficiently and compassionately as possible.
📋 Estimates Are Always Provided
One thing we pride ourselves on is transparency. Before diagnostics, treatments, or procedures are performed, our staff provides an estimate whenever possible. We do this to help eliminate any issues at check out and to give you the opportunity to make informed decisions based on what is best for your pet and what is financially realistic for your family.
Our job is to recommend what we believe is medically appropriate for your pet. Your job is to decide what you are comfortable pursuing. No one on our team is here to force anyone into services or make decisions for you. We simply present the options, explain the reasoning behind them, answer your questions, and support you in making the decision that works best for your situation.
The recommendations we provide come from a place of advocating for your pet’s health, but ultimately, those decisions are always yours. We will continue to offer guidance without judgment because every family’s circumstances are different.
💚 Kindness Matters
Veterinary medicine can be emotionally challenging for both pet owners and veterinary professionals. We understand that many of our clients are worried, stressed, scared, or having a difficult day. We truly empathize with that.
In return, we ask that everyone extend the same kindness and respect to our team.
Our receptionists, technicians, assistants, kennel staff, and doctor come to work every day because they love animals and want to help them. They work long hours, often without breaks, while caring for sick patients, comforting grieving families, handling emergencies, and assisting countless pets throughout the day. We also have policies as any other business.
Please refrain from yelling, using abusive language, or speaking disrespectfully to our staff. Respect is a two-way street, and a little kindness goes a long way. Without these dedicated individuals, many animals in our community would not receive the care they desperately need.
📞 If You Can’t Make It, Please Let Us Know
Life happens. We completely understand.
If you’re running late, need to reschedule, or won’t be able to make your appointment, please give us a call or send us a message as soon as possible.
Every missed appointment represents time that could have been offered to another pet needing medical attention. We often have patients waiting for openings, urgent concerns that need to be worked in, and families hoping for an earlier appointment. Even a quick phone call or message allows us to help someone else and keeps our schedule running more smoothly for everyone.
Thank you for helping us provide the best care possible to our patients and for treating our team with the same compassion and respect that they strive to show every client and every pet who walks through our doors.
We appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to continuing to care for your four-legged family members for years to come. ❤️🐾
