I can’t believe it’s already been a whole year since opening my doors! 💕 I’m so incredibly thankful for every loyal client and each sweet pup I’ve been lucky enough to care for. This small business truly wouldn’t exist without this amazing community.
As we continue to grow, I’m making a small update to our cancellation policy. We’ll be moving from a 24-hour cancellation policy to a 48-hour policy, which helps give enough time to fill appointments and keep the business running strong.
This change is now in effect, and updated paperwork will need to be signed at your pups next spaw day.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting us with your furry family members. We can’t wait to keep loving on your pups and serving this community for many years to come ✂️🐾🐶🫧💕

With the snow that we will be having this week, we just wanted to remind everyone that while getting your pup groomed is important, so is your safety! There is no cancellation fee in regards to the snow, we just ask that you let us know in advance if you don’t feel it’s safe to travel. Cancellation fees will apply if notice is not given. 🐶🐾

I’m thrilled to welcome Sara to our grooming family! With over 3 years of professional grooming experience, she brings not only skill but a deep passion for animals to every appointment. 💕🐶
An avid animal lover, Sara has spent the last 7 years volunteering at Lakeland Animal Shelter, where she helps care for the animals and assists in matching sweet kitties with their forever homes. She’s also dedicated 6 years to Smiles, leading horses during classes and lending a hand wherever needed.
Her gentle nature and incredible patience make her a perfect match for nervous pups or dogs with special grooming needs. She knows how to tailor each session to make sure your furry friend feels safe, calm, and cared for. ✂️🛁🐕

Wow — 5 months already?! 🐾
I can hardly believe it’s been five whole months since opening, and I just want to say THANK YOU to all my amazing clients (both furry and human!). Your support means the world, and it’s been such a joy getting to know and care for each of your pups.

✨ I’m currently booking about 2 months out, so if you're an existing client, now's the time to reach out to stay on the schedule!

I also have some exciting news — I’ll be welcoming another groomer to the team very soon! 🎉 While I’m personally full at the moment, this means we’ll have more availability opening up in the near future. Stay tuned — there’s more to come! 🐶✂️❤️
