Iโd like to share a brief update regarding appointments over the past week. Our mobile grooming van experienced an auxiliary belt failure and required towing to the dealership for comprehensive diagnostics and repair.
The Mercedes team is installing updated components to improve long-term reliability, and while the process has taken longer than initially anticipated, weโre optimistic and hopeful the van will be ready Monday. Once itโs back in service, I will contact everyone promptly to reschedule appointments.
Thank you sincerely for your patience and continued support. Due to this unexpected interruption, our schedule will be hectic until after the holidays, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we work to get back on the road and serving your pets as quickly as possible.
