Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and their pets with a warm, professional attitude.
Answer multi-line phone calls and schedule appointments.
Check patients in and out and process payments.
Maintain accurate medical records.
Communicate effectively with veterinarians and technicians.
Provide exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their pets' needs.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills a must.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (veterinary software experience is a plus but not required).
Previous reception, customer service, or veterinary experience preferred.
Must be dependable, compassionate, and a team player.

🐾 Meet Cali! 🐾

Cali is a sweet 3-year-old German Shepherd mix looking for her forever home. ❤️ Her previous owner has medical conditions that made them difficult to keep her so we’re hoping to help her find a family who will love her as much as she deserves.

Cali has been so friendly with everyone here and has been showing us what a wonderful girl she is. She does seem to be friendly with other dogs, but at this time we are still unsure how she does with cats. 🐶

She’s ready for a fresh start and a home where she can feel safe, loved, and part of the family. 🏡💕
