Thorley also had a great first session in learning some leash skills and manners and matching mom's pace; we also covered how to control his reactivity to stimuli. A new rescue with some fear and aggression ro work through- mom and dad as well as Thorley are doing fantastic jobs navigating this!

Lynnie is a 10 month old Labradoodle that needed some assistance with walking without pulling, mild reactivity to stimuli and impulse control. First I worked with her- the very smart, eager girl picked it up very quickly and I handed the reigns over to mom so she can also get familiar with the new structure!! Both get an A+ !!

If you've got a puppy now's a good time to give them a bully stick or chew while this storm goes on. Counter conditioning --- gives them something to focus on while they hear the thunder in the background.

Need help with walking your dog? This is among the top concerns people reach out to me with. You may work on this at any stage of their life! Gia is only 3 months and learning quickly. There are many factors that play into having a nice, enjoyable walk with your pup. Your walk should be meeting their physical, mental and psychological needs. A walk is so important also in having a bonding experience with your dog! More is needed than just throwing a ball around outside or letting them run- which are also important to meeting their needs; but having a structured walk really drains them mentally and creates a well balanced dog. What you do before your walk is just as important as what you do on your walk. Call or text 570-336-2764 to start training with me soon ♥️
