Hello all!
Unfortunately any appointments scheduled for Wednesday October 21st will have to be rescheduled ….as we were driving home from Florida we blew a tire and are waiting for repairs 🤦🏼‍♀️ Should be on the road later today! Sorry for the late night text to clients but I just wanted to make sure the message was seen by your appointment time! Can’t have a vacation without having at least one problem arise right? 🤣
Again sorry for any inconvenience and I will get every one scheduled asap! ❤️❤️

I will be in Florida from 16th-21st! I will not be answering any phone calls, or work related messages until I get back ...

🚨Important🚨

Staring today October 1st I am going to start inforceing my same day cancellation/ No show policy. Over the last month I have had a lot of last minute cancellations.
I am a small business and when I lose income on short notice and I can’t find someone to fill the spot it really affects my day to day income and I hope you guys can understand!
The new policy will be
$20 per-dog for last min cancellation/ no show due at the following appointment.
As of today everyone gets a clean slate, so first time will just be a warning and then second time I will have to enforce the fee.
Thank you guys for your support and if you have any questions please feel free to ask!
