✨🐾 Sometimes the universe blesses you in ways that make your heart so full. ❤️ I’m beyond grateful that I get to do what I love every day as a dog trainer, helping dogs and their families grow together. And to have the BEST hoomans who trust me, believe in my work, and allow me to be part of their journey is a blessing I’ll never take for granted. 🙏🐶 My heart is full, my purpose is clear, and I’m so thankful for the life I get to live doing what I love. 💕✨

It’s that time of year again where Kuhl-K9 Training, LLC is asking for the community’s help!

🐾 Trust the Process! 🐾

One of the biggest things I want my clients to understand is that the tools and techniques I give you are not meant to be a “quick fix.” They are tools to help you communicate clearly with your dog, build confidence, and create consistency.

Sometimes progress can feel slow. Sometimes your dog may test the boundaries, have a setback, or seem like they’ve forgotten everything they learned. That’s normal!

Trust the process. Trust the tools. Trust the consistency. Most importantly, trust yourself and the work you’re putting in. ❤️

I’m not just teaching your dog—I’m teaching you how to understand and communicate with your dog. The more you practice, the stronger that relationship becomes.

Progress isn’t always perfect, but with consistency, patience, and the right tools, you WILL see the difference. 🐕💪

💜🩷🐾 Reactive Dog Case — Two Female Dogs, One Big Challenge 🐾

These two girls have been having fights, and their owners were at the point of considering rehoming one of them. Before making that decision, they reached out to me for help — and I’m so glad they did. ❤️

Interestingly, they do well together in their home environment. The biggest struggles seem to happen in smaller, confined spaces, especially when they are together in the camper at the campground.

This is a great reminder that dogs can behave completely differently depending on their environment, space, stress level, and triggers.

Our goal was to work on management, desensitization, communication, impulse control, and building positive experiences together — giving these girls the opportunity to succeed before making a permanent decision.

Sometimes the answer isn’t giving up… it’s understanding why the behavior is happening and giving everyone the right tools to work through it. 🐶❤️🐶
All worked out and these two beans are back living life together with their hoomans 🐾✨👏🏻

👶🐾 New Mommy-to-Be + Big Dog = Time to Prepare! 🐾👶

Congratulations to Mommy-to-Be & Bentley! ❤️ And I absolutely love that she’s being proactive and investing in training before baby arrives.

Her St. Bernard is getting some important preparation for this next chapter — learning to become comfortable with all the new sights, sounds, smells, movements, and changes that come with a baby. 🐶👶

We’ll be working on desensitization to things like baby toys, crying sounds, baby gear, movement, and the many new noises and distractions that will soon become part of everyday life.

The goal isn’t to overwhelm the dog once baby arrives. It’s to gradually introduce these things now, build positive associations, reinforce obedience and boundaries, and help everyone transition into this new family dynamic as smoothly as possible. ❤️

Because when you’re bringing a baby home, preparation is key — and that includes preparing your four-legged family member, too! 🐾👶

🐾🎓 REACTIVE CASE GRADUATION! 🎓🐾

LadyBird & Rhett came to me as a reactive case with two dogs, a busy household, and children running around — definitely not the easiest environment for dogs who were struggling to regulate themselves.

But their family was willing to put in the work. ❤️

Through structure, consistency, obedience, impulse control, and learning how to properly manage their environment, these two have made HUGE progress!

Today, they graduated from their training program, and I couldn’t be more proud of them. 🥹🐶🐶

Reactive dogs aren’t “bad dogs.” They’re dogs that need the right guidance, communication, boundaries, and tools to learn how to handle the world around them.

What a way to graduate! ❤️💙👏

And a HUGE shoutout to their hoomans for investing in their dogs and putting in the work at home. That’s where the real transformation happens! 🐾
