Last opportunity. If you have wanted one of Maddy’s or Heidi’s pups, this is their last litter before they are retired. Maddy will produce true mediums/ very dark chocolates with Gus like their last litter together and possibly a couple of beautiful caramels. Heidi will produce chocolate and/or caramel roans (roan is a dominant gene), possible parti’s & possible solid chocolates and/or caramels. Heidi’s litter will be mini’s 25-30 & 14-15” while Maddy’s litter will be 35-42ish 17”-19”. If you are looking for a family dog to do all the things with such as - boating, swimming, romping through the woods- a Maddy puppy may be more suitable. I’ve found my mini’s don’t enjoy the water nearly as much as my mediums. Happy to FaceTime with anyone who wants to see the difference in size or see my dogs.
I take 3 deposits per litter / both are confirmed pregnant. I currently have availability in Heidi/Catcher’s litter (1 as a companion pet) and another as a guardian (I’d likely be holding back a female but that could change to a male).
In Maddy’s litter, I have 2 deposits available for a companion dog & it is possible I may hold back 2 females from this litter. So I’d be looking for 2 guardian families. A guardian family would take home their puppy the same time as everyone else - at 8 weeks. If anyone is interested in learning more information, I’d be happy to email you a female guardian contract.
Out of all of my litters, I’m a bit partial to these 2 dogs: their offspring has tested phenomenal. So if you are teetering wondering if this is the right time for you - Maddy’s due date is 11/2 & Heidi’s is 11/3. They have raised their litters previously in the same room and loved it! Yes they will be going home just after New Years Day. Puppies sleep 20 out of 24 hrs the first couple of weeks it will dwindle down. By the Spring & Summer, your dog will be ready to romp wherever you go!
Also- those that sent in applications to be a guardian for Hannah. Thank you! Appreciate all of the time spent into detailed applications. I have found what I feel is the perfect match for Hannah! Hannah is the type of dog that will excel in a home with another dog or 2. She is such a sweetheart & I will miss her. She is a snuggle bug & the daughter of Heidi & Catcher I held back from their 1st litter together.
Will keep everyone up to date with the pregnancies. I will be skipping ultrasound and only doing an x-ray right around day #50.
