Mishka is back home.

I also received her necropsy results today. They didn't find a cause or anything genetic. So, we don't really have any answers as to why she got sick, but at least they didn't find anything genetic.

Meet Toklo, the newest member of the Sunny Hurricane Pack! He is already settling in well.

Kaskae went with me to pick him up on October 10th, it was a beautiful drive.

It is with a heavy heart that I share very sad news.

I had to make the very difficult decision to allow Mishka to pass away peacefully today, October 2nd, 2026, at 1:45pm, with the loving help of Aurora Veterinary Care.

She was born on November 9th, 2024 at 3:12am, by Nanuq and Kaskae. I was there for her first breath and for her last. I'm grateful for all the love she's shared with me. I will miss her hugs and kisses, and I will love her forever. 💔🐾💜

She became ill suddenly a few weeks ago, and worsened this past week. I'm not exactly sure of the cause yet. A necropsy is being performed at the University of Wisconsin Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, so hopefully I will have more answers in about 4 weeks.

The pack is heartbroken, it's been a really rough year for us all. We will gladly accept all thoughts, energy, prayers, hugs, and love. 🐾💔

Happy National Dog Day!

Everyone got Chiropractic adjustments today.

Kaskae was separated for the heat cycles so he isn't in the group photo, but I included a recent picture of him separately.

The saddest day has come for me, the last one has left. But, I had to smile because Athena ( #1 Purple) was already giving kisses to her new humans, the Reyes family. 🤩

Love at first sight is always what I wish for them and I wasn't disappointed. 😍💜🥰

Kaskae went with me to meet her new family. He was such a good Daddy. 🐾💙

Another sad day for me today, but it's a happy day for Piper ( #4 Pink) who is already loved so much by Joe, Abby, and their family! 🤩🥰

She is such a sweet, loving girl. I will miss her a lot.

The sadness continued for me today, but it's hard not to smile when Kane ( #5 Red) is already loved so much by his family! 🤩🥰

He is a calm, sweet boy. He is just as happy sitting on my lap giving me kisses as he is playing with the other puppies and dogs. I will miss him a lot.

He got his traditional Lamby and a gullet stick today. His is having a combined party with Copper on Sunday.

The sadness continued for me today, but I'm so happy for Lona, formerly #2 Olive, who has already been loved by Addie and Benjamin for weeks! 🤩

She will have a sibling dog to play with and share lots of love and joy with her new family! 🥰
