As crazy as it sounds, the holidays are just around the corner! 🎅🏼✨

Please call or text me at (518) 429-1994 to get your fur babies on the books now before my schedule fills up! 🐶❤️ Holiday appointments go FAST, and I’d hate for anyone to miss out.

🎄 A FEW IMPORTANT REMINDERS: 🎄

With this being my busiest time of year, I am going to do my very best to fit in as many pups as possible. Because of this, drop-off and pick-up times need to be on time. Being late can throw off the entire day and affect other clients who are waiting for their appointments. Thank you so much for understanding! ❤️

🚨 CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY 🚨

I will also be strictly enforcing my cancellation and no-show policy moving forward. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments have been happening too often, and it isn’t fair to me or to clients who are waiting for an appointment.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged
• No-show: 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged

I truly appreciate everyone who respects my time and understands that a missed appointment means another pup could have taken that spot. 🐾❤️

👶🏼 A LITTLE PERSONAL UPDATE: 👶🏼

As many of you know, I have a toddler and a newborn, so I am making some changes to my schedule to better balance my family and my business.

Moving forward, I will be working 4 days a week, plus ONE Saturday per month. ❤️

I am so incredibly grateful for every single one of you who continues to support my small business. Your patience, understanding, and loyalty mean the world to me! 🐶✂️❤️
