When thinking about who I wanted to ask to represent us Ashley was first to my mind. I see so much of my mare ROGUE in Fame and the partnership between her and Ashley reminds me of ROGUE and I so much. We can’t wait to see this powerhouse duo go down the road and do great things!! My name is Ashley Hill, and horses have always been a core part of who I am.
I’ve spent the last 18 years building a career as a hairstylist and salon owner, (and taking a 10 year break from horses) but no matter how busy life gets, everything always leads me back to the arena. Barrel racing is where I find clarity, purpose, and a version of myself that refuses to settle. It’s not just about competing—it’s about growth, discipline, and the connection I build with my horses along the way.
My mare, Fame, is at the center of that journey. She’s talented, gritty, and still developing, which has pushed me to become more intentional in how I train, condition, and care for her. She’s the kind of horse that demands you show up as your best—and in return, she gives you everything she has.
Through her, I’ve developed a strong interest in performance, recovery, and bodywork. Fame can get sore in her hind end and lumbar area, so maintaining her comfort and longevity is always a priority. I’m focused on building her strength the right way and supporting her body so she can perform at her highest level.
That’s why I’m drawn to Accuscope technology. I believe in solutions that go deeper than surface-level care—tools that support the nervous system, improve recovery, and help horses stay both competitive and comfortable.
I haul and compete regularly and am committed to doing things the right way—not just chasing results, but building a solid, lasting foundation. Fame and I are still in the process of becoming “that team” and that’s what drives me every day to keep her feeling her best. And with Karlie in our corner I can truly tell the difference. Working with Karlie and Accuscope has been a huge part of keeping Fame feeling and performing her best.
Like a lot of performance horses, Fame struggles with soreness, especially in her hind end and lumbar - but since adding Accuscope into our routine, I’ve seen a big difference in her comfort, movement, and recovery. She feels freer, stronger, and more consistent.
What I appreciate most is Karlie herself. She’s reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the horses she works on. She’s been there for us when it matters most, whether it’s before a run, after, or anytime something feels off.
Having someone I trust in Fame’s corner gives me so much confidence as a rider.
